April 1, 2008 marks an important milestone for Massachusetts drivers. The auto insurance market will be deregulated for the first time in 30 years. The newspapers and radio stations have been filled with “sound bites” of changes in the auto insurance market and for the first time in recent memory, companies are advertising.
