As a second-generation agency owner, Dan has spent his career leading Morse Insurance Agency alongside his brothers, Tim and Brian. With more than three decades in the insurance industry, he brings deep experience to the individuals, families, and businesses the agency serves. In 2025, the family made the decision to join Patriot Growth Insurance Services. This transition allows Morse to stay true to its roots while gaining expanded resources and support, ensuring the agency can continue serving its clients for years to come.
Even with this change, the values on which his father built the agency remain at the heart of its work. Personal service, deep expertise, and a strong commitment to the community continue to guide every client relationship.
Beyond his role at Morse, Dan has served in leadership positions that support both the agency and the independent agent channel. He currently serves on the Executive Committee of Insurance Services of New England, supporting a network of more than 70 independent agencies. He is also a former Chairman of the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents and has served on numerous carrier advisory boards, representing the voice of independent agents across the state.
Community involvement remains an important part of his life. He stays actively involved in several local organizations, including For Our Residents of Easton, the Easton YMCA, the Children’s Museum of Easton, and the Easton Chamber of Commerce. He also serves as a Director and Trustee of North Easton Savings Bank, contributing to both the Executive Committee and the Governance and Nominating Committee.
Dan is grateful for the opportunity to lead and support the people and businesses that have trusted Morse for decades. With Patriot Growth behind the agency, he looks forward to continuing that mission with the same integrity, care, and community focus that have always defined its work.
Outside the office, he can usually be found spending time with his family or on the golf course, ideally both.
