Brian Morse serves as Vice President at Morse Insurance Agency, where he helps guide the team as it continues to grow as part of Patriot Growth Insurance Services. While this partnership expands the agency’s resources and long-term capabilities, the way Morse supports its clients remains grounded in the values that have shaped the agency for decades.
Brian’s connection to the business started early. After getting his driver’s license, he began helping his father with motor vehicle registry runs and gradually became more involved in the day-to-day operations of the agency. Over time, that hands-on experience shaped the way he approaches his role today.
With a career in the insurance industry that began in 1999, Brian has focused on providing clear, practical guidance clients can rely on. He works closely with individuals and families on their personal insurance needs, helping them better understand their coverage and feel more confident in their decisions. He has a natural ability to put clients at ease and bring clarity to situations that can often feel overwhelming.
That same mindset carries through to the team he leads. Brian emphasizes the importance of taking the time to understand each client’s situation so coverage decisions reflect their needs today, not just where they started.
Being part of the local community has always mattered to him. The relationships built over the years with clients, local organizations, and other businesses continue to influence how he approaches his work and the responsibility he carries to the people he serves.

Outside of the office, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, whether that means being on the golf course or close to home in Raynham.
